13th Street Corridor

Working with local businesses and civic groups in our area, we helped create and currently chair the 13th Street Alliance.   This neighborhood is a transitional area that begins on the north side of Sunrise Blvd., and which spans from Federal Highway to Powerline Road.   It’s 5 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale and home to over 20,000 residents.  Learn more.
